La trituradora del cono de la serie de PY se ha desarrollado para machacar el material alto o medio de la dureza, tal como mineral de hierro, el mineral de cobre, piedra caliza, cuarzo, granito, y las piedras de la arena, etc., en metalúrgico, construcción, construcción de carreteras, producto químico, industrias del silicato. Esta trituradora tiene la ventaja de la construcción confiable, de la alta actividad del golpecito, del ajuste fácil y menos del coste en funcionamiento. De tipo standard está para PYZ (agolpamiento secundario); El tipo medio está para PYD (agolpamiento terciario); el tipo de la Corto-cabeza está para el agolpamiento primario y secundario.
Principio de funcionamiento de trituradora del cono:
La trituradora consiste en el marco, dispositivo de transmisión, eje excéntrico del hueco, cojinete en forma de cuenco, machacando el cono, los resortes y la estación de la presión hydráulica para ajustar la abertura de la descarga.
Durante la operación, el motor conduce la cáscara del eje excéntrico para dar vuelta alrededor con el árbol ahorizontal y un par de engranaje cónico. El árbol de machacar el cono hace pivotar con la fuerza de la cáscara del eje excéntrico de modo que la superficie de la pared machacante esté cercana a la pared del mortero del rodillo de vez en cuando. Principio de funcionamiento de trituradora del cono:
