 This artificial rice processing line is used to make nutritional fortified rice kernels. It has characters of high automatic,easy operation, energy saving and environmental protection. After extruding, forming and drying, nutritional artificial rice will be produced naturally. 1. By adding additional nutrient components before extrusion cooking, the broken rice and rice bran can be produced into high nutritional foods. The technique makes it feasible to avoid the loss of nutrition.

Twin screw extruder for artificial rice

1) Series of twin screw Extruder inflating extruder are consisted of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, gearing system and controlling system.2) Adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable performance.
3) Automatic lubricating, cooling, to guarantee the fortified rice extruder running safely.
4) according to different material, to choose the relative single or double screw feeding system. the material should be uniformity and stable.
5) Screw is made by special tech. is able to bear grinding, steady and reliable, long service life.
6) capacity ranges from 100 kg per hour to 600kg per hour.

Multilayer dryer

1) Unique structure, high utilization rate of heat energy, high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving; 
2) Circulation drying process, the moisture difference of the dried product is small, and the drying effect is good. 
3) The frequency motor controls the speed of the mesh belt, and the drying quality can be adjusted flexibly.
