1, The seller is responsible for the exporting Inspection and Quarantine in China, The Phytosanitary Certificate issued by China shall be regarded as evidence of the Sellers' delivery and custom clearing at the starting port. The buyer should be responsible for the importing inspection and quarantine in at the destination port. If the buyer fail in custom clearing , Never return to China.
2, The seller offer FOB(FCA) XIAMEN CHINA price, which doesn't include shipping cost. It is better for the buyer to handle the shipping themselves. The seller can help the buyer arrange shipping , but if the real shipping cost is more than the estimated shipping cost, the buyer shall pay the difference before shipment when the weight and volume is confirmed.
3, Please provide us full correct consignee information ( personal name or company, address, cell phone , phone , email, company registered number , or Personal ID number or passport number), which will put on all documents. Early confirmation will avoid second documents application which will cost extra cost 300USD.
4, Please confirm the document requirement before we submitting application, especially, the additional declaration shall be provided to us in correct words and sentences. The second application will cost extra cost 300 USD.
5, Please be aware that the live plants has high risk in survival rate because of being washed soil and treated in line with the strictest quarantine regulations and long- time & long distance transportation.
6.Plants exporting and importing business is quite special . There is no refund and order cancel when your order has confirmed and paid. So we never accept the cancel and refund after you have placed order and paid to the seller.
7. For live plants international business, different country has different policy and regulations on it, please make sure you are a qualified importer
