TN 3D-Scanner is an non-contact optical 3D digitizer independently developed by Mianyang Saint Buffalo Tech Co., Ltd, which adopts the principle of photographed measuring and techniques of advanced world levels, such as phase-shift technology, grating scan technology and fully automatic registration in one key and so on, which together make the equipment able to get millions of points with spatial coordinates to get the 3D contour profile or 3D model of the measured objects.
The TN 3D-Scanner has advantages of high efficiency, high accuracy, long lifetime, high-resolution, extensive data interface, portable design, direct measure without developer coated in addition it is very humanistic because of intelligent perception about best measuring distance, best measuring range, change of environmental light intensity, vibration, and measurement accuracy declining.
The TN 3D-Scanner is particularly used for reverse design and inspecting of surfaces of complex free-from, which not only reduces the cost but also promote industrial efficiency, making it the necessary tool for product development and quality inspection.
