Established in 2002, NingHai HaoXiang Plastic Mold Factory is a relatively large-scale manufacturer, specialising in designing, manufacturing, processing molds. We have a group of engineers & designers full of molding experience, including more than 10 design-engineers, 3 university students, and other 30 engineers.
We have introduced in the advanced international Network Integrated System of CAD/CAM/CAE, including a variety of software & hardware, like UG, PRO/E, SolidWorks, Solid edge, Cimatron, AutoCAD and the highly sophisticated mold processing equipment CNC. Totally speaking, there are 2 sets of CNC(1500X780 and 1000X520), 4 sets of linear cutting machine, 5 sets of drilling machine (two of large size, one middle machine, two of small size), one grinding machine and one milling machine.
Since founded, we have cooperations with many famous corporations at home and abroad. Such as Henan Luoyang 158 Factory, Danyang Newbridge-Autocar Interior Decorative Pieces Co., Ltd., Kunshan Yuqiu Mould Pastic Co., Ltd., Shanghai Mold And Manufacturing Systems Co., Ltd., China Yangtze Grinding Machine Import & Export Co., Ltd., etc. The foreign companies like Japan.
