It is set up with the whole process from sampling, cutting, sewing, and iron to packing. In the technical deptment, there are 5 skilled pattern-drawing people and 15 sampling persons with CAD machines for pattern. 3 sets of cutting machine each with the length of 4.8 metres are equipped for cutting. For the garment department, there are around 150 sets of sewing machine and the number is increasing monthly with more workers employed. Besides, the company has one separate embroidery unit equipped with 8 advanced embroidery machines. Through several years′ development, the company now has regular partners of knitting, dyeing and printing&EMB.
