*We have two factories with a dust-free workshop area of nearly 12, 000 square meters, with a fully integrated quality management system, which includes: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, GMP, etc...
*We have 7 labs: Raw Material Lab, Function Lab, Sampling Monitoring Lab, RoHS Analysis Lab, Ingredients Analysis Lab, Environment Lab, Transportation Simulation Lab.
Currently we own 115 test equipment, over 500 tests, cover from raw material chosen, prototype, IQC, production, delivery, etc
The new CNAS level lab was ready at the end of 2019, its test items could cover most of the Ecig safety researches and tests required by the different countries′ regulations, including China, USA, etc
*We are building a Whole Process Information Management System, which will transfer design, incoming material, manufacture, delivery processes into data information, and through collection and analysis of these data, it will enable us to optimize production process, and ensure our products are manufactured with higher quality standard than the industry.
