Features and Advantages:
1. Universal and simplest installation The Kuaile preheater offers the simplest installation due to its pump-type construction and the smallest size(especially the distance between the inlet nipple and outlet nipple is only 3.5 cm). Also the nipple diameter fits the standard heater hose of the almost all light-duty cars and tractors etc. Therefore it is the real universal preheater. Can DIY completely.
2. High reliability The high reliability is one of main design goals. The Kuaile preheater has the simple structure and constitutes by the least parts. So it displays the extremely high operational reliability.
3. Perfect preheateing effect. Due to the internal pump and more heat output, the preheater can warm up the whole engine block much more quickly, and the block can reach a higher temperature also. (A non-pump preheater depends only on the weak convection to cause the coolant circulation, any slightly residual gas will resist the coolant circulation, therefore its power output is lower and is at the intermittent duty as a result of over-temperature turn-off. The Kuaile preheater has overcome this flaw perfectly. )
4. Low circulation resistance Different from the common complicate pump-type preheaters, The Kuaile preheater has specially used the simple and low circulation resistance structural design, and hardly influence the effect of the car heater.
5. Works automatically There is an internal thermostat in the preheater, it is set to turn off at 55 degrees and turn on at 35 degrees centigrade.
6. High safety A thermostat is incorporated to regulate the temperature. A second over-temperature cutout is equipped as an additional safety measure. The superior engineering plastics shell provides an extra electric safety measure. The shell is corrosion-resistant and long service life also.
