Description
These series of Oil-Injection rotary (screw) air compressor oils are formulated by hydrogenation base oils and various ash-free lubricant additives, which are suitable for all kinds of medium load oil-injection rotary (screw and slip) air compressors.
There are model No. 15, 22,32,46,68 and 100 classifed according to 40ºC kinematic viscosity

Excellent oxidation thermal stability, reducing the sludge formation in the fuel tank and discharge pipeline, and prolonging the service time of the filter, lowering the overall maintenance costs
Good water-oil separation performance, reducing oil to be carried to the downstream equipment, reducing the possibility of oil emulsification, and reducing the filter clogging
Good antiwear performance, lowering rotor, bearing and gear from abrasion wear
Good antirust performance, improving the protection capacity for the product pairs, and reducing the corrosion and wear failure

Application Range
Suitable for Movable or fixed screw air compressors with up to 15bar exhausting pressure and 100ºC ~ 110ºCexhausting temperature, or rotary sliding-vane air compressors.
Suitable for lubricating centrifugal or axial flow air compressors with high-speed gear transmission. The recommended oil change period is 4000-6000 hours

According to the equipment lubricant regulations, choose the suitable quality level and viscosity level of the oil products; choose the special-purpose storage containers. The requirements for the storage and transportation process must be waterproof, moisture-proof and preventing mechanical impurities being mixed. Keep the oil tank clean when using, oil tank and oil circuit should be cleaned when changing oil in order to prevent foreign matter pollution. Prevent mixing with other oil products. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
