Longkou Weiye Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in producing brake disc, brake drum, brake pad and hub for autos with the integration of development, casting, processing and marketing. Having passed ISO/TS16949 international authentication of Quality System in the same trade. Our factory is a modern new company, it has advanced production equipment, reasonable technics and complete detection means. Our factory belongs to limited company enterprise which covers about 35000 square kilometers area. At present, we have 3000workers, including over30 technologists; Meanwhile, our quality guarantee department has 6 technologists who can carry out quality management system with high security and high efficiency (ISO/TS16949: 2002). In addition, our factory has over one hundred sets of equipment, including over ten sets of checkout equipment and over ten sets of test equipment. Advanced tension tester, sclerometer, metal microscope, analyzer for foundry and fast analyzer are equipped to satisfy analysis and test of foundry materials. Our present throughput: brake disc and brake drum can reach 30, 000t/year, output of finished products will reach 300, 0000 pieces/year.
