Shandong Silverstone Luhe Rubber &Tyre Co., Ltd. Was established in DEC. 2004. It is a Joint-Venture Company between Lion Group of companies in Malaysia and Shandong Luhe Group Co., Ltd. In China. It is located at Luhe Industry Park, Zhucheng City, facing Qingdao on the east, Rizhao Port on the south and Bohai on the north. It is strategically located, near to Qinglai highway and Jiaoxin railway. Transportation is very convenient.
Total investment of the Company would be USD 99.99million, consisting of fixed assets investment of USD70million and working capital of USD29.99million. The registered capital is USD40million. Lion Group contributes USD30million (75%), out of which USD4 million is in the form of technology contribution and USD26 million in the form of cash. Shandong Luhe Group Co., Ltd contributes USD10million (25%), in the form of building, equipment and the right to use the land. The total areas occupied by the company is 236 mu(about 39.3acre), build up area is 75680 square meter.
The main equipment of the company consist of: BB370 Mixer from Japan, Comerio Ercole Steel Wire Cord 4rolls Calender from Italy, Troester Duplex Extruder and Inner Liner Extruder from Germany, VMI 90o Cutting Machine and Small angle Cutting Machine from Holland, Single-stage Building Machine with two Drums and Single-stage Building Machine with three Drums from Slovakian - Qingdao MESNAC Co., Ltd. 40M 3 Air Compress from IngersollRand, YXLON X Ray Machine from Germany.
The company will reach the output capacity of 10million pieces a year by the year of 2012, consisting of 1.2 million pieces of All-Steel Radial Truck tyres, 7.4 million pieces Semi-Steel Radial Passenger Car tyre, 1.4 million pieces of Semi- Steel Radial Light Truck tyre.
