Product Description

Sodium bicarbonate (also called baking soda, bicarbonate of soda, or sodium hydrogen carbonate) is a white, crystalline solid compound with the chemical formula NaHCO3.

It is very soluble in water, and has a slight alkaline taste resembling that of sodium carbonate.

Food Industry

With its properties as a raising agent, sodium bicarbonate can be used in bakery and pastry applications to cook cakes, crackers, waffles, and more.
