Can't find a style you love? Simply share your event details via email or WhatsApp. We'll send you a curated product album suited to your needs. Provide us with the product quantity and usage date, and our foreign trade business manager will contact you within an hour with professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Yes, our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our employees follow stringent standards to ensure product consistency. We conduct 100% inspections before packaging and random QC inspections before delivery, adhering to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Absolutely. We support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge, and for customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees depending on the order volume.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before production begins, we will sign a formal specification contract with you.

Upon commencement of mass production, we provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring production aligns with the sample's standards.

If you receive a faulty or poorly made product, we will take the following corrective steps:
