ST001 trolley conveying module

Overview: Material conveying trolley.

Composition: Sensor, material cart, product tray, cylinder, screw servo motor

Action description:
             The material trolley is manually placed on the conveyor line, and the cylinder drives the trolley to flow. After the lifting module detects that the trolley is in place, the cylinder clamps the product tray. The lifting cylinder lifts the product tray to the roller line body, and the finished product is then placed on the material trolley by the lifting module.

ST002 product handling and conveying module

Overview: Handling products.

Composition: conveyor line, cylinder, electric cylinder, sensor

Action description:
               After the product tray is in place, the electric cylinder drives the transplanting cylinder to transport the product from the tray to the product conveyor line. The plasma treated product is then placed into the empty tray through this mechanism.
