The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge innovation with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming into a digital signal. In the microprocessor, linear and temperature corrections are precisely applied.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocol, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in dual EEPROMs. Users can seamlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real time. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon encountering a fault, the LCD displays 'Err', automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Effortless Maintenance
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated via warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software operation statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
