Q: How many different product your machine can work with?
A: Our machine can work for all kinds of products that client want to pack into Premade Bags by changing Feeder. Such as, Liquid, Paste, Powder, Granular, Biscuits, Rice, pop corn, Sea food, cosmetic, etc.
Q: What we should do when we have different sizes of bags, do we need any change parts?
A: No need to buy any change parts. Before we ship the machine to client, we will commission the machine with all different product sample from client, then save the data as a receipt in PLC. When the client is going to use different sizes, just read out the data, then the machine will have the correct size to catch the bag.
Q: what is your annually production capacity for Rotary Packing Machine?
A: We ship More Than 20sets rotary packing machine every month, totally around 300sets per year. We are expanding our facility in 2020, aim for 500sets in 2021. Our clients include Factory, Food factory and Cosmetic factory.
