Pullulan

Product Description

Pullulan is a natural, water soluble polysaccharide with excellent film-forming and binding properties and is produced from starch syrup by fermentation.

It can be used widely in both the pharmaceutical and food industries, such as encapsulating agents, adhesives, thickening, and extending agent.
