Our single leg eye and eye hook wire rope slings are an excellent choice as they offer strength in a one-leg design that's easy to use in a range of applications. Available in a range of diameters, eye and eye hook slings are available in either a 6x25 or a 6x36 wire rope, and manufactured with flemish eyes to offer superior efficiency and strength.
Description
1.Single leg design can be used in a range of hitches and angles. Manufactured with mechanical Flemish eye splicing for superior strength and efficiency; a latch on the carbon eye hook keeps load secure.
2.All of our single leg eye and hook slings include a metal tag displaying capacity, care, and instruction.

How to Calculate the Length of a Wire Rope Sling?
Wire rope bridles are measured by the length of the sling leg only. The length of the oblong master and eye hooks should not be included in the overall measurement.
Our slings are available in a variety of lengths, but can also be customized to any length you need.
Sling Proof Testing Certificates
Proof testing certificates can be supplied with your order for a nominal fee and must be requested at the time of order. Proof tests are performed in the factory where the sling is pull tested to 2x the vertical rating and officially recorded as proof for governing bodies. During the standard manufacturing process, only random slings during a production run are tested for compliance; in order to provide proof testing certificates with your order, every sling must be pull tested at the time of manufacture.
All of our wire rope lifting slings are inspected, certified and tagged with metal tags displaying capacity, care, and instructions.

In ordering a wire rope sling be sure to give complete information including length,diameter,construction,lay,core.
Length:state the exact length desired.In ordering end fittings such as thimbles,links or hooks spliced in,give exact length from bearing to bearing or end rope,or submit a sketch with dimensions.
Diameter:the true diameter of a wire rope is the diameter of a circle which will enclose it.In using the caliper to determine the diameter,be careful to avoid measuring across the adjacent strands.
Construction:advice whether 6X19,6X37,7X19 or other.
Lay:state definitely whether regular(right hanad or left hand).or lang lay(right hanad or left hand)is required;if it is uncertain,consult with us.Standard practice is to furnish Right Hand Regular(ordinary)Lay.But if left hand Regular(ordinary)Lay is required for cable tool drilling or some other purpose,be sure to state.
Core:indicate whether fiber core(FC)or independent wire rope core is desired.
