Our main products of the plant include the special equipment for producing static sealing spacers, various kinds of static seaing spacers, petrochemical machine fittings and fiberglass products. Rubber-plastic products for shock absorption.
Cooperating with static seal detection of Chemical Industry Ministry and the static seal research department of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Universtiy, the plant has developed the special equipment for producing static seal spacers according to the Chinese and foreign standards by selecting the best process parameter after research and analysis of the products from foreign counties. The production line of complete equipment of pneumatic and numerical controlled, spiral wound gaskets takes lead in technique at home and abroad.
The special equipment for spiral wound gasket, graphite gasket reinforced, metal jacketed gasket made by the plant has been widely used in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Plant. Panjin Ethylene Industry Company, Yangtze Petrochemical Plant, Nanjing Alkylbenzene Plant, Tianjin Oil Refinery, Tianjin Dagang Power Plant, and the enterprises in Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou, Haerbin, Nei Monggol and etc. Moreover, the equipment made by the plant has been exported to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and etc, being applied to the static seal industries at abroad.
The static spacers produced by the plant are composed of three sorts(metal, non-metal, compound), 8 series and 50 kinds of products. The plant has the most advanced special equipment (numerical controlled fully automatic and semi-automatic) and strong technical strengh, with perfect quality control system and detection means to international advanced level.
