In June 2005, the company passed the DNV ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system certifications all together, and in October 2006, it also passed the American Petroleum Institute′s APISPEC5CT and APISPEC7-1 as well as APISPEC7K product standard certifications. The effective implementation of the certification systems has ensured the standard management of the company, effectively protected the quality of products, and promoted the continuous improvement of market competitiveness.
The company is equipped with 48 sets of CNC screw milling machines and CNC horizontal boring and milling machines and other specialized equipment, as well as 22 sets of high-voltage detection, power motor test stands, magnetic particle and ultrasonic flaw detector testing equipment. These machines are all in the forefront of the advanced level among domestic counterparts, which serve as an important guarantee for the company to produce high-tech and high-quality products. Currently, the company′s annual production capacity has exceeded 100 million yuan.
