Product Description

1. Intelligent control system

It can be remotely controlled for diagnosis, and the operation status of the equipment can be remotely controlled on-site to run, shut down and start the equipment, which greatly ensures the safety of personnel and equipment on site; it is also equipped with a disconnection and disconnection parking device.

       2. Elevated type hydraulic double-station pay-off

There are two pay-off stations, which can be used alternately and avoid pause of production. The pay-off station is hydraulically driven and can be placed flat or upright at 90 degrees.

       3. Dual rolling mills

The line adopts 2 sets of in-line wire drawing machines with CNC sensor, and the rolling units are 2 sets of European-style rolling mills for processing wires of diameter from 5.5m to 11mm. 1 or 2 sets can be turned on for working diverse diameters of wire. Only 1 of them is turned on when processing wires of large diameter, which can reduce the power consumption by half and meanwhile increase the equipment life by 2 times.

       4. Automatic take-up

Except for bundling, the take-up process is fully automatic including auto unloading, overturning (rebar bundle flipping), shearing, feeding to packing wheel, head locking. Double station is optional to reduce downtime.
