Zhangjiagang Henli Plastic Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of PE series products and other disposable products in China. Our products consist of PE gloves (high density, low density, cast poly and stretch hybrid), PE aprons, PE sleeves, PE shoe covers, Vinyl gloves, Nitrile gloves and Latex Household gloves.
In year 1999, we started our business with PE series products, with 5 sets of film blowing machine, 3sets of cast film machine, 32 sets of glove machines, the monthly output can meet 10× 40′HQ for gloves and 6× 40HQ for aprons.
After several years, in 2005, we expanded our scale with Vinyl Glove line. And our glove has been approved by the CE\FDA\ISO13485\There are 20 production lines in our factory and the monthly production capacity is about 100*40′ FCL.
In 2009, we extended our product range with latex household glove series. Not only introduced advanced production technology, installed new production lines, but also equipped full set of quality testing equipments. Moreover, our technologists have abundant experiences in production, technology, equipment engineering Division, etc. Our company plans to build 10 advanced glove production lines, with estimated annual production capacity more than 1.5 billion gloves.
Our products are mainly used for medical examination, laboratories, food processing, house cleaning, industrial market and other various fields., have been sold to United States, Japan, Europe, MID-east, etc., almost cover all over the world.
