Tianjin Langbo Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in Jun. 1996 and registered in Jinnan Development Area, Tianjin, with the registered capital of RMB 10 million. Our company has a floor area of 6, 500 m2, a building area of 7, 000 m2 and 800 staffs (include 35 managers and technicians). Engaged in electronic manufacturing for many years, not only has mature manufacturing and develop technology but also has a strong production capacity and industry competitiveness. As its constant development, the company set two subsidiaries in recent years: Haobo Electronics (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, which mainly produce wire, cable and Shandong Jinyun Electronics Co., Ltd, which mainly provides earphone processing for headquarters.
Our company still own many kinds of advanced production processing equipments. Wire production processing equipment: 70, 50, 45 type wire on the machine, wire twisting machine, electric wire braiding machine and so on. Before processing equipment: 120 sets injection molding machine, mould processing workshop for product development and repairing mold, advanced welding robot for welding process. Experimental analysis and test equipment: 3D projector, plug lead kinking tester, Two-dimensional size measurement instrument, many sets of Compression test equipment and earphone frequency response tester. All these hardware devices fully show the production capacity of our company.
With the maturity of our electronics manufacturing technology, the annual output value of our company has reached RMB 50-80 million. We also expand the production scope: Can carry out all electronic related accessories UL electronic line, power line, holding wire, various earphone line and pre-processing; Can provide finished earphone for digital products such as MP3, MP4 and mobile or loudspeakers of earphone.
