Descripción de Producto

Scale inhibitors:
These are agents capable of dispersing poorly soluble inorganic salts in water, preventing or interfering with the precipitation and scaling of these salts on metal surfaces, thus maintaining good heat transfer efficiency in metal equipment. Reverse osmosis scale inhibitors can effectively prevent scaling on membrane surfaces. They do not react with iron and aluminum oxides or silicon compounds to form insoluble substances. Additionally, they effectively inhibit the polymerization and deposition of silica, thereby increasing water output and quality while reducing operating costs

Mainly used in RO membrane system, it can be used as antiscalant and anti-choking agent in high salt water and drinking water. It has the following properties:
1.  Used in many water quality system, high scale inhibition ability.
2.  Lower scale deposit and reduce RO pipeline cleaning frequency.
3.  Reduce or replace the acid fill treatment.
4.  Good economic effect.
5.  Suitable for all RO pipeline type, and as an effective ferrium insulator.
6.  Stable and effective than calgon(SHMP).
7.  High water flux density for RO pipeline.

Chelation Enhancement: Scale inhibitors can form stable soluble chelates with calcium and magnesium ions in water, stabilizing more calcium and magnesium ions in the water, thereby increasing the solubility of calcium and magnesium salts and inhibiting scale deposition.

Double Layer Mechanism: Scale inhibitors accumulate in the diffusion boundary layer near the growing crystal nucleus, forming a double electric layer and hindering the coagulation of scale ions or molecular clusters on metal surfaces.

Lattice Distortion: When scale inhibitors are added, the agents adsorb onto crystals and incorporate into the crystal lattice, interfering with the crystallization of inorganic scales. This causes lattice distortion or increases the internal stress of large crystals, making them prone to breaking and hindering scale growth.

Regenerative Descaling Inhibition: The agents can form a film that co-precipitates with inorganic crystal particles on the metal heat transfer surface. When this film reaches a certain thickness, it breaks off from the heat transfer surface along with a layer of scale. The continuous formation and breaking of this film inhibit the growth of the scale layer.

Aggregation and Dispersion: Anions generated by dissociation in water exhibit physicochemical adsorption when colliding with calcium carbonate microcrystals, forming a double electric layer on the microcrystal surface and giving it a negative charge. Due to the chain-like structure of the scale inhibitor, multiple microcrystals with the same charge can be adsorbed, and electrostatic repulsion prevents microcrystals from colliding with each other, avoiding the formation of large crystals. When the adsorption products encounter other molecules, the adsorbed crystals transfer, resulting in uniform dispersion of the crystals. This prevents collisions between crystals and between crystals and the metal surface, reducing the number of crystal nuclei in the solution and stabilizing calcium carbonate in the solution.

From this, it is understood that scale inhibitors contain effective scale-inhibiting components. By utilizing the principle of reaction between scale and acid radicals, these inhibitors not only remove scale but also enhance brightness, ensuring the effectiveness of scale inhibition.
