Our OEM service started with mig torches. Since our establishment in 2001, we have been working with some famous European and American brands. Along the way, not only have our customers' businesses flourished, but we have also become a sizable company in the industry of welding. Now, our mig torches have been sold to most countries and regions in the world through the brands we serve.
We are the first mig torch manufacturer in China to import a full set of CNC equipment from Japan, Europe and the United States. In terms of testing, we have Imported image measuring instruments, microscopes, projectors,etc. We have an independent torch laboratory, which carries out strict labeling test certification on the duty cycle, key performance, special parts and other aspects of the welding torches. This also prepares for our later business development of plasma cutting torches and robot welding torches.
We are one of the earliest companies in China to apply the ISO9001 quality management system ,which was certified by BSI in 2006. The quality of our handheld welding torches is largely superior to other well-known companies in China. This is one of the main reasons why we can become an important OEM for some famous brands.
Plasma cutter torch business is our other OEM business, as important as mig torches. It is also developing rapidly and has been expanding in developed regions and countries such as North America, Europe, Oceania, Taiwan, and South Korea.
The CNC equipment accumulated in the previous production of mig torches and later introduced makes it easier for us to start a new plasma torch business. The complete equipment can meet most machining requirements, so producing different customized torches may only be minor adjustments in the raw material procurement and process for us.
Currently we have a special team of technicians in charge of plasma cutting torches. In terms of production, we have skilled workers who are responsible for the production of plasma welding torches, most of whom are well-trained and experienced CNC equipment operators.
As an OEM, we do not completely rely on the research results and designs provided to us by brand owners, and we also actively explore independently. For example, in 2013, we produced China's first world-leading high-current fine plasma cutting torch. At present, we have obtained 22 patents in this field. So our team is not only able to fully understand customers' product concepts and transformed into actual products at a reasonable cost, but also to provide better solutions when the customer's concept is not as good as expected.
Our departments are complete, covering research and development, procurement, production, quality inspection, packaging, logistics, after-sales service, etc. Employees in each department perform their duties and work closely with each other to provide customers with excellent service.
