It is made out of 3/4" HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) Plastic with a textured finish. It is green or tan (depending on the part) in color throughout the material with UV Stabilizers so it will not fade in the sun. There are two units, a stand up and a ground version with seats. Each panel is notched so the pieces fit together nicely. The whole unit is in sections so it can ship UPS. Each box is less than 70 pounds for UPS. The stand up comes in one box and the ground version comes in two boxes.
We will need to find someone who can extrude the sheets of plastic and/or someone else who can CNC machine cut or Router the parts consistently. This is presently being done with basic equipment used to produce wood furniture, but if we could find someone with automatted equipment it would be better but not necessary.
