Toget is a professional brake calipers manufacturer which has been in brake system field for years in China. Toget is covering an area of 30000 square meters, with 200 staff totally, a professional technical team with 6-8 people, industrial engineer, and specialists to develop new products.
The technical team is good at drawings, with professional skills.
It has been ten years and exported to Europe and America countries, since we did the export business in the first time. Meanwhile, we are doing business with Chinese famous vehicles companies, such as FAW, NORTH Benz, YUTONG, GUANGZHOU TRAILERS, Beijing/Shanghai BUS etc.
We keep focusing on producing the core adjustment mechanism of the brake calipers, with over 10 years developing experience. All series of the core components are made by our professional teams, with 100% tested and standardized work, they have mastered the core developing technical skills of all series core components. The adjustment mechanism is with our independent innovation gap, it can avoid the dragging and locking problems directly, the adjusting clearance is constant. It solves the invalid problems of heated adjustable function, and avoid the series problems about transfer motion dragging and the valid return.
As we know, different various brake calipers are with different quality requirements. We own machining centers, such as Automated NC equipment center, inspection and loading with one-time processing center, etc. Many kinds of various lab equipment to test the performance of calipers and its repair kits, for calipers: Dragging and logging force testing equipment, sliding force testing equipment, Torsional Fatigue testing equipment, etc.
For core adjustment mechanism: Adjusting sleeve clearance testing equipment, Parallelism testing equipment, Gap testing equipment, etc.
For pin boot: High and low temperature resistance testing;
-45degree to 400degree,
For black box: Inflate and deflate testing;
For adjuster mechanism: Over adjusting protection testing.
For carrier: Hardness testing;
We still keep focusing on the quality of our products, all the products are 100% tested before sending out, we have about 25patent products totally, ISO/TS16949 certification qualified and the fist Chinese manufacturer which has passed the FM test in the USA.
Our knorr products are always used for Benz, SCANIA, Iveco, DAF, DENNIS, DAIMILER, Yutong, all Chinese trailers etc.
Our Wabco products are always used for DAF, Volvo, ISUZU, Renault, China MID bus, Shanxi bus ect.
