Manjia metal Established in 2009, not only we are focus on making aluminum/Zinc molds and parts, but also we are professional in metal stamping and Lost wax Casting.
With 8 years development, we have die casting machines 200T--1000T; Have Aluminum die casting machines 200T--1600T for Aluminum parts and have machines 88T--800T for Zinc parts. The automatic production line which from 200T to 1000T is mainly used for automobile accessories, electronic parts, mechanical equipment and LED lighting parts, etc. In addition, well-appointed production lines existed in our factory, professional service will be provided to our clients during the whole process: Purchase standard raw material, die casting, CNC machining, surface treatment and package. We will do whatever we can to solve our clients′ worries or problems.
We have a professional engineering team who can design industrial design and Mold Flow Analysis for our clients, while our project engineers can follow up projects and guarantee goods delivery in time. 30 sets of die casting molds or stamping molds can be made in our tooling shop every month, the CNC equipment are imported from Germany and EDM equipment purchased from Japan. Besides, there are Three-D checkout equipment and FIT mold equipment in Mold Testing Department. The molds that we made were mainly exported to Europe and America.
Our factory covers 10, 000 square meters, more than 100 staffs. We got ISO Certificate in 2009, we will try our best to provide best service for our clients.
