The flawless installation of your metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for its seamless operation. Essential installation guidelines include:

(1) Ensure the flowmeter is installed vertically, allowing the fluid to journey from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe section, five times the instrument's diameter, at both the inlet and outlet. For new pipelines, conduct a comprehensive flush before installing the flowmeter.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, with a flow control valve installed 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, an upstream filter is recommended. If magnetic materials are present in the medium, a magnetic filter should be added before the flowmeter installation.

(3) To ensure effortless maintenance and replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during the instrument's installation.

(4) In the presence of a dirtier medium, regular cleaning of pipes and the float is advised to maintain optimal performance.

(5) While the metal rotor flowmeter offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5, for applications demanding higher precision, exploring alternatives to the metal tube rotor flowmeter is recommended.
