After heating, the notch is made to generate friction and facilitate the winding of the cotton sliver. Paper sticks, wooden sticks, and bamboo sticks can be used on the same device.

 

The cotton pulling mechanism is equipped with a matenal sensor which will automatically alam and shut down dueto lack of material.

 

The size of the cotton head can be adjusted during the operation of the equipment and the shape of the cottonhead can be achieved by  changing the grinding tool.

 

Through heating and hot air circulaton, the residual moisture in the cotton swab is effectively removed. Speed up the shaping of cotton swabs.
