This set of production line is composed of 2 independent equipments,one machine is used to produce the body of N95 mask and built-in nose bridge clip,and the other machine is used to weld the earloop.The part for producing face mask body is fully automatic,only the part for welding earloop needs manual operation,the operator only needs to place the face mask body on special jig. Production speed depends on the speed of earloop welding machine.


The cooperation of 2 types machines can complete the whole process of N95/KN95 face mask production,the stable speed of this solution can reach 30~90pcs/min,it is even faster than the fully automatic production line,and it is simple to debug and can be quickly started without any production experience.
