Our precision gear rack adopts strict modulus machining and surface quenching treatment to ensure high rigidity and low backlash. The paired nylon pinion effectively reduces friction and noise during operation. Pre-drilled fixing holes allow quick assembly on mechanical frames. This rack and pinion assembly provides reliable linear motion conversion, ideal for woodworking machinery, cutting equipment, automated production lines and robotic walking systems. Yes, we do. We have our own factory and showroom. You are most welcome to visit our factory at any time. We can also arrange airport and train station pick-up services.
