1  . Installation
Initial installation is not included with   the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks before the actual trip. All necessary connectivity must be in place before scheduling service.While our  professional member arrives on site for a complete and final installation, two days of training will be provided to the customer for the operation and maintenance procedure. Initial installation is completed within 5 business days . Actual installation days vary, depending on machine mode and different packaging lines. Each working hour day consists of 8 hours of work. Any additional days will be charged according to our service rate below.When the initial setup is called for our  required professional member, the surcharge will be made in advance for the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation costs, visa costs); local and destination transportation costs, by air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation necessary to reach/from the destination); accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel) and 3 hot meals daily. 2  . Translator If a translator is required and cannot  be provided by the buyer then we will provide a translator for the same charge as the initial installation stipulated above.  All communication with our engineer must be in Chinese. Any translation we provide will be based only between English and Chinese. The buyer is responsible for the translation between the local language and English.  Trade Terms 1.  Warranty All parts have     a two-year warranty  against manufacturer defects. Any other defects caused by human error, improper handling, wear and tear and foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and components may be warranted by   the original part manufacturer or by our company. 2  . Payment 30%  of the total contract amount will be T/T in assigned account within the period of 5 business days after signing the purchase contract. 70%    of the balance must be made via T/T of the remaining balance purchase contract amount before the ordered equipment is delivered 10 business days before shipment.
