With a registered capital of 25.08 million yuan, we cover an area of more than 23000 square meters, and our professional production workshop overs 6000 square meters, we have about 80 employees including 20 technique engineers, the turnover of 2015 is more than 80 million yuan, we′ve passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, and our company was identified as the high and new technology industry, access to "re-contract and trustworthyenterprise" and "National machinery and equipment quality assured brand enterprise". Furthermore, we have owned six national utility model patents and one invention patent.
In order to meet GMP regulations, we constantly improve ourselves, take part in the GMP training, including the short-term professional training by United States EDA officials in China, we employ the talents who is familiar with GMP patents, equipped with three sets of imported advanced PS automatic tube welding machine, so that improved the quality of installation for pipeline systems.
Our major products have three series:
Pharmaceutical Machinery: Cryoconcentration extracting units, hot reflux extracting and concentrating units, small-size multifunctional extracting units, extracting tanks, single-effect external reflux concentrators, double-effect and triple-effect energy-saving concentrators, alcohol concentrating towers, multifunctional alcohol recovery concentrators, thick and thin mixing tanks, alcohol precipitation tanks, reactors, liquid storage pots, jacketed kettles, emulsifying machines, CIP cleaning machines, and filters, etc.
Food Emulsifying Series: Mainly including sterilizing equipment, fermentation equipment, sterilization equipment, aseptic tanks, jacketed kettles, high-speed emulsifier tanks, direct cooling milk containers, and filters, etc.
Sanitary Valve, Pump and Pipe Fitting Series: Sanitary stainless steel butterfly valves, ball valves, check valves, sampling valves, sanitary pumps and fittings like flanges, bayonet connector, tee joints, elbows and loose joints (IDF, 3A, SMS, DN, ISO and other international standards)
