Since 1996, we have exported more than 90 percent of our products to the Americas and Europe. Our products include car DVD/MP4/MP3/CD players, car/portable GPS receivers, DVD players, portable DVD/VCD players, LCD monitors, MP4/MP3 players and digital photo frames.
We have over 60 R&D engineers with an average of seven years′ experience, who use two CNC machines to regularly develop new items. Our operations are set up with MRP, ERP, MRP-II, EVA, OAS systems, and managed by over 300 specialists with an average of seven years′ experience to ensure efficient productivity.
We have more than 3, 000 employees, over 20 automated production lines and 15 high-speed production lines. Our five factories cover a total of 50, 000 square meters and house more than 40 high-speed SMT machines. These enable us to reach a monthly capacity of 500, 000 DVD players, 100, 000 portable DVD players and 400, 000 MP3/MP4 players.
