Our experienced in-house staff can handle your OEM or ODM complex electronic and mechanical designs for PCB and plastic injection molds. Our engineers are knowledgeable in controlling design and manufacture using PPAP, DFMEA, EFMEA, and PFMEA processes and by utilizing the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), a formal standardized and structured method of defining and implementing steps to produce a product that meets or exceeds client′s needs.
To ensure we can access the lowest cost and quality components, we have established direct purchase agreements with our major suppliers for all BOM items. We also maintain stable relationships with over 100 suppliers in Mexico, US, and Asia to ensure a stable supply. Moreover, we have direct agreements with large-scale assembly factories to which we supply all the key components. We monitor quality with our in-house staff by setting up control plans and SOPs, and sending staff to supervise all final assemblies according to our client′s special requirements. With our unique factory- less business model, we can offer prompt client support and service, production flexibility, and highest quality product at the lowest cost.
